Where on earth are they getting this stuff? "Eliminating the bounce" means trapping energy in the joints, risking injury to the knees and spine.

  1. Hear, hear - it's about time someone is telling it like it is. How badly do knees need to be injured before people connect the dots to their unsafe and ridiculous maneuvers on an indoor bike. Thanks Clair for leading the charge!
